Location: Bay School Community Arts Center

This will be a fun filled evening of learning and sampling bourbons available at most ABC stores and a few that are not so readily available. The presentation will be conducted by David Walsh and Mac Casale. We will discuss the distillation process, what makes a spirit bourbon, the mash bill (ingredients) and some different terms used to describe the various samplings. The majority of samplings will be from the Buffalo Trace distillery and include but not limited to: Blantons, Benchmark, Buffalo Trace, Weller, Eagle Rare and more. A few samplings will be from Heaven Hill distillery, Barton distillery and Bowman distillery. Light hors d'oeuvres will be provided and a good time will be had by all.
